Can't change location of Virtualbox.app

Description
I want to be able to place the VirtualBox app in a folder along with associated VMs, disk images, docs etc, but while I can move it into a folder within the Applications folder, after doing so, it will not launch. Other virtualisation apps (eg VMWare Fusion) allow me to do this, why not VirtualBox?

This is something we won't fix. The reason is the hardening of VBox against malicious software which might otherwise load itself into the VBox process and get access to the kernel.
