Description (last modified by Frank Mehnert)

I just bought a brand new Win9 Ultimate and tried to install it on my VirtualBox 3.2.10 amd-64. I configured everything for Win7 (Ram, HDD, etc.) and then started the Virtual Machine with XP on it. XP loads the first long grey bar end then Win7 exits with:

Status 0xc000025

Is this a VirtualBox error?

Sorry about the mix-up. I mean win7 not XP. XP works fine.

Ok, this may be a solution:

check bios settings for APIC (Advanced Programmable Interrupt Controller) and enable.
