Virtualbox Unexpectedly Crashes since 3.2.0

Description
When run certain programs in the WinXP home guest, the virtualbox will crash, but not affect other guest that is running at the same time.
For example:
- When double click a dwg file, lunching the Zwcad( an Autocad aternative developed by a chinese company)
- open a certain web page in IE8(a oracle erp web page on intranet, not accessable on Internet)
Disable 2d or 3d accerlate and VT-x support doesn't help.
When crash happened, Changing the seamless mode to window mode would help.
