Please can you describe what these files are? I guess the OScores are core dumps of files inside your Fedora 11 guest, is that correct? What contains VBcores.gz, core dumps of the VirtualBox GUI from the host? And can you explain a bit more in detail what happens? Does VBox crash, do the guest applications crash and the host VBox as well?

Cores are from OpenSolaris host. OScores I believe are OpenSolaris specific for gtk-window-decor, gedit, vinagre and iiimd.

VBoxcores.gz are from virtualbox guests Fedora 11 64 nit and XP 32 bit. I believe Fedora crashed the first couple of times until I installed the guestadditions, which took a bit since the gui does not work. See Screen shot.

I did not see and issue with guest applications.

Thanks Frank for take a look at these issues.

Resolution: worksforme
Status: newclosed

A year passed without another report of similar symptoms, and the core dumps didn't point at some VirtualBox bug. Closing.
