Can't alt-tab out of guest os to host os applications.

Description
I use os x as host os and windows as guest os. If I do alt-tab in windows (guest) nothing happens. If I do host-tab I can tab with the window applications that are running.
I want to be able to tab out of my guest os to my host os applications. Now I have to click somewhere on the host os (eg desktop) to get focus and then tab.
I have an older version of virtualbox at home where I run the same host and guest os and there I can alt-tab out of my guest os.
I haven't done any modifications for this that I am aware of. I visited your irc channel on freenode and michael-vb told me to fill in a bug report.

Thomas, could you please attach a log file from a run of the machine you are using on your work system and one from your home system? And check the state of keyboard capturing (and the auto-capture setting) on both systems. The icon in the bottom right corner of the machine window should tell you about the state of capturing.
