Guru Meditation when Host System wake up from hibernate

Description

Every time, since I upgraded to virtualbox 4.2.10, when my host system wake up and my virtual machine is still runing I get a Guru Meditation error message. I used to have this message with 4.2.6 but it didn't happen so frequently.

Host system description: Win7 Ultimate Edition SP1 64bits (french) Dell Latitude E6520 Intel Core i7-2720QM 8GB RAM

Guest system: ubuntu 12.04 LTS 2GB RAM

additional information: I have to reboot the host system to be able to restart my VM otherwise i still get the guru meditation message.

To me this looks like a BIOS bug. But the VMM code in 4.3 was heavily rewritten, any chance that the behavior changed with VBox 4.3.2?
