kernel oops 4.2.8 with kernel 3.8.0-9 on ubuntu

The machine is an HP Z600. The ubuntu is a stock ubuntu install with LVM upgraded to raring.

Problem occurs only on kernel 3.8. VirtualBox is working with same machine booted with kernel 3.5.0-23.

The vms started are one centos5 32bits and one centos5 64bits. But the problem arises with centos5 32bit running only. The command ran was a mock -v apr-build and crash occured when building the environement.

Do you still see this problem with the latest Ubuntu updates? We've tested VBox on Ubuntu 13.04 here and were not able to reproduce your problem. In the meantime, the kernel version is 3.8.0-16.
