Description
Running Windows 7 64-bit guest in Linux (Linux Mint 13 LTS KDE 4.9.1) or Mac OS X (Lion or Mountain Lion) hosts. When YASARA (a molecular modeling program) is launched, it produces an error message indicating "Missing extension GL_BRGA" in reference to inadequate extensions for the OpenGL driver. YASARA also fails to run under Windows 7 guest with Parallels Workstation or VMware Workstation on linux hosts. However, it does run using Parallels Desktop for the Mac (but not VMware Fusion for the Mac). YASARA also runs on a CentOS 6.3 guest and linux Mint 13 host. Therefore, it seems that one or more extensions for OpenGL are lacking in the Windows 7 guest/linux host. Would it be possible to upgrade the video support for Windows accordingly in VirtualBox or its guest additions? Thank you.

Could you attach a VM log, and specify precisely what error message you get? Are you sure it is "GL_BRGA", not "GL_BGRA"?
