Full screen mode does'nt work on second monitor

Description
I just upgrade VB to 4.1 and found that FS mode doesn't work on second monitor (heard from my colleague that the same problem appears in 4.0): window with guest OS moved second monitor, than Host+F, and FS mode appears on first monitor and there is no way to make it work on second...

Well, found that it's possible now to move guest to the second monitor by using View->Use host monitor 2. Do not think that this is a bug now... Any way it's minor!
