VBox 4.0.6 kills USB stack on Host Win2008 x64

Description
Running VBox 4.0.6 on a Windows Server 2008 (not R2), 64-bit host, seems to totally shutdown or otherwise hang up on the USB Stack. After a reboot, USB works fine -- devices are detected, thumb drives mount automatically, etc.
But after running a VBox guest, not using the extra USB drivers under the other license, and shutting it down, the USB stack on Win2k8 is totally dead. No USB device functions or mounts anymore. Attempts to connect my camera fail, thumbdrives sit there doing nothing, etc. The only way to resolve is to reboot. And I hate that.

Thanks for the feedback, closing..
Close this. The problem appears to have been resolved in a later release in the 4.0.x branch. Running 4.0.12 and it works fine w/ USB drives.
