Guest update notifications don't strip suffix

Description
When comparing the versions the guest additions should ignore the edition suffix.
If the version is really older it should strip the suffix in the notification text.
For example the guest additions in my Windows VM currently complain that I should update to 4.0.6_Ubuntu even though 4.0.6 is installed.

Found and fixed the issue; this should have been fixed within the next upcoming maintenance release of VirtualBox.
Please note that this then requires the new VirtualBox host version + Guest Additions.
