Only first 4 out of 8 ethernet cards work with Windows XP guest — at Initial Version

Description
Host1: Windows 7 x64 + VBox 4.0.6
Host2: Debian Linux 6.0 x64 + VBox 4.0.6
Guest: Windows XP
When I setup WinXP VM with 8 vNICs (AMD pcNET-III type), only first 4 start correctly, and the rest get yellow sign in Device Manager.
With Debian Linux 6.0 guest all cards work fine.
