Advanced and Read-only settings

Description
Too much functionality is hidden from the casual user because it is not visible via the GUI. I would like to prose the following:
- A "Settings report" which shows _ALL_ the VM settings.
- An expert/advanced mode which allows the user to access more settings via the GUI, including both those relating to the VM host and the VM guests.
- A read-only mode for running VMs would be much better than the current "no access" behavior.
- Even better would be a delayed-commit change mode for running VMs (ticket nr #8654)

The delayed settings change is planned for the future. And with VBox 4.1.x you can open the settings while the VM is running.
