Access Settings in commit delay mode while guest is running

Description
Feature request: Allow the GUI to open the Settings for a running VM. If changes are made, inform the user that the Guest VM is running, and that the current settings will remain active until the guest is restarted.
The GUI should then also provide a way to distinguish between currently active values and new values to be activated on next restart.

No, we will not do that because it makes everything more complicated. There is already work going on to make more settings changeable when the VM is running.
