Pause/Resume inconsistency

Description
If you "Pause" a VM via the "Machine" menu of the VirtualBox manager, or via the menu from right-clicking on machine's icon in the manager, then the menu entries change to be "Resume". Seems sensible!
However, the "Machine" menu entry of the VM window itself remains "Pause". IWBNI it also changed to "Resume" too.
