Nested Pages causes Guest Hang on Dual CPU Mac Pro

Description
If I enable Nested Pages on the a 4-CPU Ubuntu 10.04 LTS guest on my 8-core Dual CPU Mac Pro running Mac OS 10.6.6 the guest will run for a few hours and lock up.
If I disable nested pages the guest seems to work without any issues. One guest has been running for over a day whereas previously it would last at most 3 hours.
