8333	Nested Pages causes Guest Hang on Dual CPU Mac Pro	Al Sutton		"If I enable Nested Pages on the a 4-CPU Ubuntu 10.04 LTS guest on my 8-core Dual CPU Mac Pro running Mac OS 10.6.6 the guest will run for a few hours and lock up.
