Hi, From time to time this happens every day. It looks like the periodicity is higher when vm is idle.
Host - OpenSolaris 134, Guest Windows 7 64-bit. VBox.log attached.

The same on VirtualBox 4.0.10. Looks like it happened when high network activity using virtio-net drivers.
