Description
I just compiled and updated my Debian packages from the VirtualBox OSE 4.0.2 source. Trying to start any of my VMs either freezes or gives a Guru Meditation 1103 (VINF_EM_DBG_HYPER_ASSERTION).
I disabled the serial port and nested paging (workarounds from other tickets) without any visual changes - the VM always freezes right after grub - no messages except "Starting up...".
Previous working version was 3.2.8.

Yes. I'll switch back to 3.2.8 until there is a bugfix for #8006 and then recompile my packages with a patch (or rebase to the next release).
