gentoo host: dhcp server for hostonly interface doesn't work for regular user from vboxusers group

Description
Host: Gentoo both x86_64 and x86, Guest: any, I used Windows XP and CentOS VirtualBox version: 3.2.10, both virtualbox-bin and virtualbox-ose
Internal (vboxnet0) dhcp server for hostonly interface works only for root, but not for regular user from vboxusers group.
The issue doesn't reproduce on both Ubuntu hosts x86_64 and x86, it's only present on Gentoo (mine is 2.6.34-gentoo-r12).

We were never able to reproduce this problem. Please reopen if still relevant with VBox 4.0.4.
