Description
How can I go about troubleshooting the error shown below? I see the same error when I shutdown my Win7Utlx86 VM as well as my WinXPPro VM's, but not everytime...
Shutting down Windows 7 Ultimate
Faulting application VirtualBox.exe, version 3.2.6.0, time stamp 0x4c24b014, faulting module VBoxOGLrenderspu.dll_unloaded, version 0.0.0.0, time stamp 0x4c24b017, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x00000000045c3e58, process id 0x1384, application start time 0x01cb1d32eabfb3df.
and earlier shutting down Windows XPPro
Faulting application VirtualBox.exe, version 3.2.6.0, time stamp 0x4c24b014, faulting module VBoxOGLrenderspu.dll_unloaded, version 0.0.0.0, time stamp 0x4c24b017, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x0000000002d13e58, process id 0x380, application start time 0x01cb1d13f4dcc16f.
Do I need to disable the 3D Acceleration? Is there a compatability issue between VBox, my Vista 64bit host and my VM's?

Most likely this issue has been fixed in VirtualBox 4.0.4. Please try it.

Actually, another fix was required to solve this problem. Please try the new build:
