Strange behavior of Capslock, Numlock and probably other locker keys

We found a problem with a Capslock and Numlock on our win7 host/guest installation. They send a multiple events when pressed, which confuses some applications we using, altrough the windows guest seems to not have any problem with that. We logged that via AutoHotkey utility and the results are following:
- Capslock OFF->ON ( short press down/up ):
logged events in guest: DDUDUDU
- capslock ON->ON:
logged events in guest: DDU
Tested with VB 3.2.4 as well as with some older version with the same result.
