CPU Usage 100% when giving 2 CPUs to Guest

Description
When 2 CPUs are given to the Guest, the CPU usage during Windows XP install (even during idle times) is 100% and the machine is barely usable. Reducing to 1 CPU works as normal (no more than 10% of usage, if that). There clearly is a problem with the latest 3.2.0 version.
