opengl output masks other window -> Fixed in SVN

While rendering opengl's output; When a new window is opened (like "File" > "Open") that window is displayed above all ... but behind the opengl content. If we move that window, then it makes a refresh and we can see that window.

One way to reproduce the problem (100%) :
In the guest,

• Run "glxdemo"
  
• Move one window above it (e.g. the terminal that was used to run glxdemo). You'll see that the refresh occurs only when an edge is leaving the opengl area, not when entering.

Host OS : Windows XP
Guest OS : Ubuntu 9.04
RAM : 1.5GB out of 3.25GB dedicated to virtual
Video : 64MB video memory
3D Acceleration : Enabled (I think the problem doesn't occur if that is disabled)
tested VBox version : 3.0.6 & 3.0.8 & 3.1.6
Graphic card : ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT
