No time sync on resume with current guest additions.

Description
Guest is Linux Suse 8.2, Kernel 2.4.20, with guest additions 3.1.2. After pause or suspend for several hours the guest's clock is not updated even though VBoxService is running. The client was created for this version, no older guest additions installed before.
When downgrading to guest additions 2.2.4. time sync works as expected. With guest additions 3.1.0 and 3.0.12 time sync does not work.

Please upgrade to VBox 3.1.4 and upgrade the guest additions to 3.1.4 as well. Reopen if the problem persists. Note that there is now a trigger of 20 minutes. If the time difference between host and guest is less than 20 minutes, the time is smoothly adapted, otherwise hardly set.
