KDE 4.4 QT display integration

Great work on this last release of vbox, I have been using this software eversince I met ubuntu linux on the net :)

The bug consists on a mispaint of the drop menus and combo-box popup display on ubuntu linux using a custom install of KDE 4.4 RC

The rounded edges display a non transparent square corner "extension" of what should normally be totally transparent to better render the qt/oxygen theme.

I have tested several themes and they all seem to produce this bug when using the non-ose version of vbox.

thanks for considering, please refer to screen capture for bug detail :)

Sorry, but it seems thats a Qt QMenu repaint bug. VirtualBox GUI is not painting QMenu itself as it should be painted on per-platform basis. We are trying to follow native look'n'feel, so its Qt responsibility to define look'n'feel for particular platform and correctly paint it.
