VirtualBox crashes on starting Portable Ubuntu on Windows (Guest) on Ubuntu (Host) (recompiler triple fault guru)

Reported by: JTBrinkmann Owned by:

Host type: Linux

Description

Whenever I try to run Portable Ubuntu ( http://portableubuntu.demonccc.com.ar/) on my virtual Windows (Seven - Enterprise 32-Bit) running throw VirtualBox (3.0.8_OSE r53138) on my Ubuntu (9.10, Karmic Koala) I get a long mesage from VirtualBox that it got a problem so it chrashes.

This isn't that worse, becurse nobody needs to run pUbuntu (Portable Ubuntu) if the Host is Ubuntu :P (exept for testing), but I'm believing that this bug maybe also appears on other Host OSs. (Why don't use Ubuntu as an extra Guest-OS‽)
