Seamless mode in Ubuntu Karmic Koala not working correct

Seamless fullscreen mode: The taskbar of the Guest was placed above the gnome panels and maximizing a window did lead to a window equally sized as all other gnome windows. With the newest version of VB, the windows taskbar is on top of the lower gnome panel, so the the panel gets inaccessible (the contrary of "seamless") and when maximizing a window in the guest, it gues fullscreen (which is also not what your understanding of seamless is and was). This is very annoying and makes using seamless mode (one of the key features we choose VB) useless in most situations.
