VirtualBox crashes if you try to change planes in RealFlight 3D G4 Demo

This is using the 3.1.0 beta1.
I started the demo. Then chose "Aircraft -> Select Aircraft" from the menu. The select aircraft dialog showed up, and then after about 2-3 seconds, virtual box crashed. I've attached the log.
