DHCP always gives guest DNS servers from when the VM was started

Description
When guest makes DHCP request, host always responds with the DNS servers that were configured when the guest VM was first started.
This happens regardless of DNS changes in the host, or reboots of the guest OS. Re-starting the VM fixes this.
