[Feature-request] Quick add CD/DVD ISO from File (bypass "Virtual Media Manager")

Description
I expect something like:
VM->Devices->CD/DVD->Quick Add ISO from File
This will be similar to how MS Virtual PC works.
It will allow you to use Host's file system as media manager (my preferred way), instead of VirtualBox built-in "Virtual Media Manager". I believe it is more convenient and will be faster.

in the near term we can register ISOs in "Virtual Media Manager" transparently, in more distant future this may bypass registration at all...

One of the reasons for this, is that it not only it saves extra mouse clicks, but it should saves all the warnings of the traditional "Virtual Media Manager", because I often mount ISOs from removable media (USB Hard Disk).
