Seamless mode guest window offset error while host taskbar on screen right/left edge

Description
When host taskbar on screen bottom(default location on Windows 95-98-Me-2000-XP-2003-Vista-2008-7) or top. Seamless mode guest window shows no problem; but if we unlock and drag host taskbar to screen left or right edge(thats may feel better when using 16:9 screen), Seamless mode guest window lost some lines of vertical pixels on window right side, and shows excess some lines of vertical pixels on window left side. Which cause guest window can not show whole scroll bar or other right side things.
