winxp guess crash went run a simple asm program (with bug)

i write a simple asm program as:

.model small
.stack
.data
.code
end

(not have return to DOS function) the program make Virtual Box display a critical error. if have return to DOS, nothing going to crash

program compile with turbo asm 2.01, turbo link 3.01
