VirtualBox crashes on Windows 95 boot

A few days ago I installed Windows 95 and Windows NT Server 4.0 on different partitons of the virtual hard drive. Both systems worked fine. Then I had to reinstall them, so I repartitioned the drive and repeated all things again as at the first time. Now VirtualBox crashes when I try to boot Windows 95 in the normal mode. If I do it in the safe mode, all is ok. Windows NT is ok.
