"Permission denied" when attaching more than one VM to a network interface — at Initial Version

Description
When attaching more than one VM (processes for different users) to the same network interface, an "permission denied" error happens. The workaround is to use TAP interfaces as before. I am not sure whether this is expected behaviour.
