Add Host Key Shortcut for CD Image Dialog Box

Description
It would be useful to have a host key shortcut to allow you to access the CD Image dialog box to change the mounted image on a machine when you are in full screen mode. Currently if you wish to change the mounted CD, you need to switch back to Windowed mode, go into the dialog from the menu bar, then go back to full screen.
A Host key shortcut would allow the dialog to be accessed without leaving full screen mode.

Obsolete. VBox supports now more than one CDROM drive and the devices menu can be accessed using the mini toolbar.
