shared folder became unavailable when restored a saved vm

Description
host os: ubuntu/win2000 guest os: win2000/winxp
shared folders can not be accessed when i restored a saved vm. I can still access the host with its ip,but no more shared folders :(

same problem with host os: Win XP professional, guest os: openSUSE 10.2
It seems that the GuestAddition for shared folder is not suited for save/restore.
