PAE can be enabled without VBoxManage

Description
When PAE is enabled by the guest OS and not enabled in the VM, VirtualBox pops up a message box telling that PAE should be enabled using VBoxManage.
But, this is already an option in the GUI, using VBoxManage is no longer necessary.
