"Login" link hidden on "Ticket" Web Page

Description
On the ticket web page, for example this one http://www.virtualbox.org/newticket the "login" link is hidden behind the "VirtualBox" image, if browser window isn't maximized.
This can be confusing and delay or avoid information flow as to seein http://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/2212 where my last posting was delayed delayed several hours.

I don't think that we will change the web page layout. However, this problem should be less important now because the cookie has a live time of 28 days -- we changed this some time ago. So you don't need to login that often.
