Network stops working after guest is put in saved state, and then restored

Description
starting a guest, saving the state, and restore it makes guest run fine, but network have stopped working. Network can be made to work again in the guest, by deactivating the network adapter in the guest, and activating it again.
This only happens when using the paravirt-network (virtio-net) adapter. If I choose Intel instead, it works normally.
Reproducibility: every time
Tested on:
Host: Fedora (any version)
Guest: Fedora (any version) and OS/2
This has ttbomk happend since Vbox 7.0.0
