Add storage management (library) with multiple locations

Add storage management (library) with multiple locations. It would be useful to have ability to add more VMs locations (VMs dir) additionally. Especially to utilize speed of different disks. It'd be awesome if we get some neat interface for that. Steam could be good inspiration for that feature in my opinion. Of course ability to copy/move VM between locations with some GUI would be outstanding. Thank you for VB. This is the most useful open source project that I use every day with pleasure :)
