windows server 2008 setup problem

Description
in windows server 2008 set up process it will restart tree times first is boot from dvd to install files on the hard drive then reboot. second continue the setup process then reboot. third completing the intallation but virtualbox 2.0.0 encountered a problem and it appear in the windows install dialog box "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered a an unexpected error.Windows installation cannot proceed.To install Windows.click ok to restart the computer and then restart the installation ."

You did not enable VT-x in your BIOS or your CPU doesn't support it. VT-x or AMD-V is a requirement for 64 bits guests. The Win2k8 installer is (partly) 32 bits.
