Hi arfe,
I do not spot anything suspicious in the log at first sight. Could you please tell what is the guest's Desktop Environment you are using?
If you terminate (in guest) "VBoxClient --clipboard" processes (should be 2 such processes running) and start in terminal:
VBoxClient --clibpoard -f -vvv
..what is the output? Any new log messages in this output if you try to copy/paste between host and guest?
VBOX.log (host)
