amd network card not working in win31 under 2.0.0 — at Initial Version

Description
Existing w31 setup doesn't recognise amd network card after installation of 2.0.0. I've recreated vm from scratch using only disk image from 1.6.4, but with no results. DOS ODI pcntnw.com runs succesfully and detects board. vm log shows periodically: PCNet#0: Init: ss32=1 GCRDRA=0x0001c240[4] GCTDRA=0x0001c280[2] (CSR0_MISS disabled) Under win31 log doesn't shows this lines at all.
