Description
Unable to import appliance to VirtualBox, had imported the same file before but now it shows error while in importing.

The error message unfortunately isn't very enlightening... not blaming you in any way of course. I suspect that the actual error gets lost, and that's possibly "our" fault.
Can you provide VBoxSVC.log (copied just after such a failed import attempt)?
