network problems under bigsur macOS version

Description
I have problems getting a working network connection when I transferred from Catalina to Bigsur
Sometimes VBOX crashes when I use NAT option for the adapter, normally use bridged option

Please attach at least a VBox.log file of the crashing VM. A macOS crash report would also help tremendously.
