Black screen after logon

Description
I'm trying to work on Oracle DB Developer VM, but it simply goes into black screen after the logon. I have checked all the requirements for this VM and verified if some settings are well, but I couldn't find anything wrong. I have attached the log file and a screen.
Any advice or suggestion would be very helpful.

I am seeing a similar "black screen after login" with all of my RHEL7x VMs running under Win10, for which GAs have been updated with 6.1.x.
With some experimentation, I've found the following work-around: if you toggle full-screen mode (by hitting the host-F key twice) anytime after the VM is initiated, even as soon as the VirtualBox 6.1 splash screen is displayed, you'll get a fully correct display after login (verified most recently to work with both GA 6.1.10 & GA 6.1.12) !!
Don't know if this will help in your particular case, but I thought I'd post it here just in case.

in the Display settings : - change the graphics control to : VMSVGA and disable the Remote Desktop server.
