Please use English in your posts/messages/tickets next time, you get a much wider audience... ;)

hello... I need help please with my virtual machine as I was installing an antivirus (AVAST) when I got this error

It's usually better and faster, if issues get first addressed in the VirtualBox forums, a lot more eyes there. More than 95% of the issues are resolved in the forums, which keeps the developers focusing on the bug fixes and enhancements, and there is no need for another ticket to keep track of. For example, yours is not a bug and someone from the developers has to deal with it and close it as "Invalid".

Plus, a discussion and analysis on the bug tracker is going to help me, is going to help you, and potentially a future drive-by user or two. Not so in the forums, many more tend to benefit...

This is a duplicate of #4816, #8545, #16356 and #16797. All of them are [Invalid] because Avast requires VT-x availability on the Guest (otherwise it crashes and burns), something that was not available until VirtualBox 6.1.0beta came out.

Even in that case, your CPU (Intel Core2 Duo CPU E7400 @ 2.80GHz) doesn't support VT-x, let alone nested virtualization.

Bottom line: you can't install Avast in your VM.
