Description

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Turn on Auto-resize Guest Display.
  2. Enable Full-screen Mode.
  3. Turn off Auto-resize Guest Display.
  4. Disable Full-screen Mode.

Guest display is resized despite auto-resize is off.

This bug might be related to #6917, #7219 and possibly also to #14948.
