Feature request: Prevent guest resolution auto adjust

Description

Hello, I'm using VBox Windows XP. Coming out of full screen mode, the guest window is automatically adjusted to the guest's resolution. Can this behavior be disabled?

For clarity, here is a detailed example: I have a screen resolution of 1680x1050. I set the resolution inside the guest to 1680x1050 (so that I can enjoy my full screen real estate when in full screen mode). I resize the guest window to 100x100 pixels. I go to full screen mode. I come out of full screen mode. => The guest window doesn't retrieve its size of 100x100! Rather, VBox is trying to stretch it all over the screen to set its size to 1680x1050. So, I have to resize it back to 100x100, manually.

Yes, if I enable Host+G, it will go back to 100x100 automatically when I come out of full screen mode, but it will also *change the guest resolution* (an even worse problem, because when I go into full screen mode again, all windows sizes and desktop icon positions in the guest are messed up)!

I hope this is clear. I need the guest resolution to never be touched AND the guest window to retrieve its previous size automatically when coming out of full screen mode (with scroll bars, if needed).

Also, a button to go to full screen mode would be nice, instead of having to navigate menus.

Regards.
